Neha was absolutely brilliant, he cut was top quality, her advice on the style cut and product fantastic and also natural ways to colour the half half look I have been trying to grow out.
Best service I have had in years. Rest of team was great too. There computer system crashed and they handled the growing cue beautifully.

I recently had the pleasure of getting a haircut by Emma from Just Cuts Waurn Ponds and I couldn't be happier with the results! As someone who doesn't usually opt for a short haircut, I was quite nervous. However, Emma's skills and expertise quickly put me at ease. She did a fantastic job, and I couldn't be happier with the outcome. I left the salon feeling confident and refreshed and most importantly happy! Thanks to Emma's talent. Five stars all the way!
Booked a haircut today via the App. Had to cancel for good reason. Can’t cancel via App. Rang store 5 times to cancel but call not answered.
This has nothing to do with the hairdressers as they are very busy and do a good job, but directed to MANAGEMENT.
Was told it would be almost 2 hours wait, which was fine, it was busy today, and got in earlier than expected as I had been waiting instore. The lady cutting my hair was really nice, but I asked to have it cut to specific length and she cut it like that at the front, but the back was cut all the way to the top of my neck! I didn't know about it until the end when she showed me the back with a mirror. It looks awful and I'm so upset, it definately wasn't worth the almost $40 for a haircut either.
2/2 times I've been here it's been a let down, but this one was 10x worse. Not coming back. Overall: great customer service, but awful haircuts.
Edit: the arrows point to parts of my hair that have been chopped completely off. Not even in layers or anything (not that I asked for layers anyway) but just a random chunk of hair half-way up my head. And then solid line on my neck I’ve drawn is where I had asked the hair to be cut to, it’s been cut no where near where I wanted. I have random bits poking out the side of my head. It’s just awful.
It was midday on a Wednesday when I went in, and didn't have to wait. The lady who cut my hair was polite, and up for a good chat (just what I want when someone cuts my hair). The salon was clean, and didn't have dubstep blasting; which made the visit all the more enjoyable. I ended up getting the best cut in years. I'll be back!

I would allow at least 80 mins for a wait time even when you check in online it says wait time is 35-40mins. Staff quite abrupt when questioned that we had been waiting 75mins also never received a text message to say they were ready for us as promised, had to wait in store, gain someone’s attention then enquire
Hair cut. I am very happy with the service. The lady Fatima, very friendly and really happy with my haircut. Will be definitely back in 5-6weeks for my next hair cut.

Arrived at 9am opening time so I didn't have to wait especially because I have a baby. Was in and out in no time. No appointment needed, I like that they take in walk-ins.
Wanted to add - Fran amazing, friendly and very understanding. She fixed my cut today and was very accommodating because I have a little baby. Highly recommended.
15/08 - Wanted to add how amazing Fatima is with my 18 month old toddler. She was very gentle and patient with my toddler. Highly, Highly recommend bring your little one to see Fatima. She will look after you.
